The simplicity of the format and layout of the book with simple language and more importantly case studies makes it a must have for all managers out there to have on their shelf. Particular content within the book for me are the case studies which bring the transcript to life. People learn better this way.
As Field Marshall Slim pointed out how simple leadership was for us all, the book attempts to follow that ethos by putting the ask firmly back in the 'me' space of the reader and challenges them to consider what they are doing and more importantly what they need to change. The book is simple to read, jargon free and a guide that you could keep going back to time and time again.
I would recommend this to all learning and leadership professionals who need to simplify their own style and stop over complicating what is clearly a very simple activity. As Oscar Wilde said, "Be yourself.. Everyone else is taken.. "

True leadership is about unlocking the potential in others and this book is a fabulous tool in aiding others to do so.

A brilliant resource for everyone who wants to get more from their people and for their people. A brilliant guide to letting go of power and enabling others to act.

This is a must-read for any manager in my view. I loved the structure and lay-out and the QR additional content really adds value. Ben has written this book in a way that models authenticity, humility and inspiration in equal measure. I particularly liked the real stories/mini-case studies as well. I appreciated the way Ben goes beyond the GROW model, and speaks to the journey for coaches. Highly recommended.
We look forward to receiving your feedback, reviews, and comments.
